We are looking to fill an internship role for a Basketball Apparel Brand / Startup. We launched our brand and the first online store in August 2019, dedicated to Rugby and Rugby fans worldwide. After a successful launch, we are now expanding to a second online store focused on Basketball apparel, supporting Basketball fans worldwide. All products are unique designs created in-house, and we do not resell official jerseys or generic items.

Responsibilities

  • Assume full control of the brand's social media activity.
  • Contribute personal ideas to the social media strategy.
  • Grow the social following across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Research topics and prepare engaging posts.
  • Research influencers, identify opportunities, and engage their followers.
  • Participate in discussions related to new designs and suggest ideas for products and collections.
  • Help the brand develop overall, providing input and support wherever needed.

Role Flexibility

The internship could be on any time basis, depending on the candidate's preferences, and may extend or evolve into a job offer if mutually beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Studies or degree in sales, marketing, new media, or a related subject is preferred but not essential.
  • Interest in Basketball is a great asset.
  • Self‐motivated, results‐driven, and capable of working unsupervised.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and social‐media savvy with fresh ideas.
  • Desire to gain hands‐on experience across a wide variety of skills in a start‐up environment.
