About FivePointFiveFPF is the world’s first performance breathwork app built for athletes. Since our 2025 product launch, we’ve seen rapid adoption from both elite and everyday athletes. We close the loop between wearable data and physical action—turning biometric insights into real‑time, AI‑coached breathing sessions scientifically proven to improve endurance, recovery, sleep quality and mental resilience.
We’re hiring a Junior Designer to produce high‑performing static and video ads for paid social (primarily Meta, but also TikTok/YouTube as we scale). You’ll work closely with the Growth and Creative teams to turn insights, hooks, and concepts into scroll‑stopping creative that drives installs, trials, and subscriptions. This is a role for someone who loves performance creative: fast iteration, testing, learning, improving.
What You’ll Do
- Design static ads (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) built for conversion and clarity.
- Create short‑form video ads (UGC‑style edits, motion text, punchy storytelling, app demos).
- Translate briefs into multiple creative variations: new hooks, first frames, angles, CTAs, formats.
- Edit and remix assets efficiently (found footage, UGC, product UI, screenshots, overlays).
- Build simple motion systems: captions, kinetic typography, cutdowns, pacing, pattern interrupts.
- Organise and maintain creative files, templates, naming conventions, and exports.
- Collaborate on testing: interpret results (what’s working/why), iterate weekly, ship quickly.
What “Good” Looks Like
- You understand why creative wins: first 2 seconds, clarity, offer framing, credibility, proof, emotional pull.
- You can produce at speed without sacrificing taste.
- You think in variants and testing matrices (hooks x visuals x formats).
- You’re excited to use AI tools to move faster — not as a gimmick, but as workflow leverage.
Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years designing for social (or a strong portfolio that proves you can do the job).
- Strong eye for layout, typography, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Comfortable producing in common paid formats: Meta feed + stories/reels, TikTok‑style vertical.
- Working knowledge of tools like Figma / Adobe / Canva (any is fine if output is great).
- Video editing basics: CapCut / Premiere / After Effects / DaVinci (one or more).
- You “get” performance creative: direct response principles, clarity over clever, strong hooks.
AI & Tools (Important)
- We want someone who actively uses AI to drive efficiency and ideation, e.g.:
- Rapid concepting + iterations (visual directions, hooks, variations)
- Editing workflows (cleanup, subtitles, voice, cutdowns, repurposing)
- Asset generation (backgrounds, b‑roll, layouts, thumbnails, mockups)
- You don’t need to be an AI engineer — but you should be genuinely excited by the tool ecosystem and already using it.
Bonus Points
- You have your own social presence (you make content, understand trends, can ship).
- Interest in — or personal experience with — health, fitness, endurance sports, wellness, breathwork.
- Familiar with creative testing frameworks and reading ad performance insights.
- Motion/design systems experience (templates, modular components).
What We Offer
- Working with a proven team who are top of their field
- A creative role where your work directly drives growth (fast feedback loop).
- Real ownership and lots of volume — you’ll improve quickly.
- Remote‑first.
- Competitive salary (based on experience) + growth upside.
