Purpose of Job: Secure and continuously improve HR processes, focusing on managing job posting and then finding, shortlisting and selecting the right stakeholders when it comes to mentors, students, volunteers, ambassadors, and GS co‑workers. The role will also handle onboarding/off‑boarding processes. Internally, it will support other functions by organising events and connecting to business partners. This position will be an internship/placement that will last 6 months. Reporting to: Founder & CEO. Start date: ASAP.

Main Assignment:

  • Manage applications and job postings together with IT manager.
  • Set up and improve current recruitment procedures.
  • Arrange interview dates with candidates and the selection process.
  • Improve volunteer and employee induction procedure.
  • Improve training and development procedures.
  • Set up monthly/quarterly review meetings within GS.
  • Manage all onboarding/off‑boarding processes ensuring hand‑overs.
  • Manage mentoring programmes.
  • Create GS ambassador network and follow up performances.

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Efficiency at MS Office.
  • Self‑motivation and ability to work well within teams.
  • Very good level of communication.
  • Ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
  • Good understanding of team dynamics and relationship skills.
