Responsibilities
- Address day-to-day traveller and guest inquiries received by the guest services team as the main point of contact for the business traveller.
- Handle client accommodation requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with serviced apartment properties and relevant stakeholders to meet guest requests promptly and to high standards.
- Manage any changes to stays – such as cancellations and extensions.
- Follow operational protocols to complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Undertake any additional tasks as required by the management team.
- Suggest process improvements and implement best practice.
Desirable skills, qualities, and experience
- At least six months of prior experience in a customer/guest services position.
- Strong business acumen.
- Outstanding communication capabilities.
