Responsibilities:

  • Oversee small parts of a larger project and are primarily responsible for administrative tasks.
  • Support effective management and directors of Yellow Dragonz Foundations.
  • Act as a representative of the organization.
  • Pay attention to detail even under pressure.
  • Manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing/updating projects.
  • Experience in calendar management, billing/invoicing and expense report management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Operate with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the charity sector is required.
  • Qualifications in charity will help.
