The company operates online via www.wepluggoodmusic.com and www.conversationsabouther.net, with future expansions into TV, radio and print content. The PR services arm focuses on digital music PR and social media marketing in the UK and West Africa, with plans to expand to Europe and America and to extend digital PR/publicity to corporate brands and events in the UK and Africa.

Responsibilities:- Build a contact list database of UK music websites/blogs and other UK music sites, plus US and global music websites/blogs.
- Build a contact list of UK-wide radio presenters and radio producers of urban radio shows and stations.
- Build a contact list of exciting new and emerging European and US artists for potential online PR clients.
- Write and draft press releases, biographies and one sheets.
- Build and manage databases of potential PR clients, online press, radio producers, presenters and DJs.
- Pitch digital PR services to potential clients.
- Build relationships with online press and radio contacts for WPGM PR.
- Handle meetings with potential clients.
- Monitor and report on existing digital PR campaigns.
- Capture screenshots of blog/press coverage and collate links for each campaign.
- Place campaign contents on key online media/press.
- Pitch for client interview with online media/press.
- Pitch for live sessions with YouTube channels and online media platforms.
- Provide social media updates about existing campaigns.
- Manage press lists and client lists.
- Develop new markets and clientele for PR services and media content.
- Sell and market WPGM’s PR services to artists, music executives or record labels.
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote WPGM’s PR services to corporate and music clients.
- Generate new ideas to drive PR client acquisition.
- Improve the presence of WPGM’s digital PR/press within corporate brands in the UK and Africa.
- Be a brand champion for WPGM PR.
