A highly regarded and rapidly expanding Contractor operating throughout London and Essex are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for various projects in London. Training will be provided but any experience in managing projects would be ideal. The right candidate will be needed to lead the construction and delivery of projects to clients in both the residential and commercial sectors. This is an amazing opportunity for a career-driven professional to work for a fast-growing property contractor, who are offering full site autonomy after training.
Project Coordinator Role and Responsibilities
- Liaising with various staff and senior stakeholders such as Clients, Contractors, Sub-contractors, Senior Engineer, Supervisor, and Quantity Surveyor.
- Manage teams, engineering, and operational staff on site.
- Planning out weekly work programmes as well as producing weekly reports on the progress of the projects.
- Manage the site teams, ensuring that key milestones are met.
- Manage the design of the project as well as working alongside the commercial team.
- Carry out statutory workplace inspections.
- Constantly reinforce the Health & Safety culture, striving for an accident-free site.
- Attend and chair weekly management meetings.
- Develop a specific program for the project with planned milestones.
