We are looking for an experienced and motivated Client Relationship Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them, and ensuring that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients on their accounts and services.
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports and presentations.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure that client requests are met.
  • Ensure that all client data is kept up to date and accurate.
  • Assist with the development of new client relationships.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client relationship role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
