ToddlerTunez invites a creative intern to support our marketing strategy and account management for new and existing clients. You will work closely with our directors and co‑founders to build relationships with customers and artist sitters in our innovative London‑based startup.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering the ToddlerTunez marketing strategy
- Support account management for new and existing clients
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers and artist sitters
- Follow client journeys and support their creative sitter careers
- Contribute to startup operations and learning opportunities with the directors
Qualifications
Essential
- Passion for arts, education and ToddlerTunez’ mission
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with confidence to interact with diverse audiences
- Methodical, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
- Fast learner who reports promptly to line managers
- Strong customer service orientation
Desirable
- Experience in sales or account management
- Interest in start‑up and entrepreneurship ecosystems
- Good eye for design and video editing skills
- Experience managing social media accounts and using illustration tools
Terms
- Line Managers: ToddlerTunez’ Directors
- Start Date: As early as possible
- Contract Type: Intern, three months, part‑time, with potential extension to full time
