Responsibilities

  • Participate in the origination and execution of real estate loan deals in the UK and EU
  • Actively look for new lending opportunities
  • Prepare presentation materials, financial models and other intelligence for use in client meetings
  • Co‑ordinate with solicitors, lenders etc. to follow up and make sure all payments are received in a timely manner

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting (advantage)
  • Some experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / Asset Management
  • Proficiency in both English and French

Professional Skills

  • Good grasp of financial, accounting, capital markets and valuation concepts
  • Detail‑oriented with strong administration skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to gather, process and analyze data/information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical and technical reasoning skills
