Responsibilities
- Participate in the origination and execution of real estate loan deals in the UK and EU
- Actively look for new lending opportunities
- Prepare presentation materials, financial models and other intelligence for use in client meetings
- Co‑ordinate with solicitors, lenders etc. to follow up and make sure all payments are received in a timely manner
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting (advantage)
- Some experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / Asset Management
- Proficiency in both English and French
Professional Skills
- Good grasp of financial, accounting, capital markets and valuation concepts
- Detail‑oriented with strong administration skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to gather, process and analyze data/information
- Excellent communication skills
