We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our corporate and financial communications team as an intern. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is fluent in Italian and has a strong interest in the financial services industry. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working closely with our team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Monitoring (Main Responsibility): Help the team with morning’s press clippings (some of them need to go out before 8am). Monitor, identify, and share relevant articles and news within the relevant industries. Support the team in logging relevant articles and collating coverage following press release distribution.
  • General Account Management: Assist in day-to-day tasks and conduct research on client accounts to gather valuable insights. Attend internal team meetings, take detailed notes, and contribute to discussions. Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Media Relations: Assist in building accurate media lists, ensuring correct use of databases. Identify potential journalists to contact through regular in-depth reading of daily newspapers. Draft intelligent journalist bios, providing insightful analysis on their articles. Contribute to the creation of conference and awards lists to enhance media relations.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and timely timesheets for personal and team tracking. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project coordination.
Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in Italian and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
