We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development & Administration professional. This role will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company through strategic business development initiatives and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and results
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
  • Manage and maintain company databases and records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
