The Business Analyst Intern will work across the business, ideating and delivering cross-functional, strategic initiatives focused on optimising customer product roadmaps and offering solutions in the FinTech domain. This could include proposition development, risk analysis, consumer/customer analysis, new product development and delivery, marketing etc. This role will be responsible for capturing detailed business and system requirements and proposing solutions to clients. This is an opportunity for an ambitious, driven business analyst to join a dynamic fintech start-up organisation with fantastic career prospects.
Responsibilities
- Find and solve problems through the analysis of customer data
- Engage clients to extract critical business requirements
- Build business cases and work with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Combine a big-picture understanding of industry trends with detailed analysis of data
- Be an advocate for the power of information and data to drive decision-making
- Capture detailed business and system requirements and propose solutions to clients
Qualifications
- Master's degree education, with a degree classification of 2:1 or above in an analytical subject
- Have a minimum experience of 2 years’ in an analytical/research role
- Have great stakeholder management & communication skills
- Have a proven track record delivering web & app based fintech products
- Have prior experience in market research
- Candidates from technology, finance, banking, insurance preferred
