The Prospering Place is a social care provider aiming to deliver high-quality person-centered specialist care in a semi-independent setting with tailor-made support packages for 16 to 21-year olds. The purpose of this role is to support young people between the ages of 16-21 in transitioning into independent living, so that they feel confident and well equipped with the necessary skills to lead a self-sufficient life. The post holder will join our friendly and professional team and is required to provide support services in line with the Prospering Place guidelines. We are looking for an intern interested in admin and HR experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties of the business
  • Providing clerical and administrative support
  • Compiling and updating employee records
  • Communicating with public services when necessary
  • Properly handling complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Assigning staff to courses
