Responsibilities
This is a new role, created to support marketing and social media at 1-Diagnostic Ltd. The successful Intern will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience and creating marketing and promotional material. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. You will maintain accurate data pertaining to current and prospective customers, providing timely updates on new sales orders. In addition, manage the delivery of the marketing campaign plan, creating marketing and promotional materials as well as managing and monitoring all social media accounts.
