We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work remotely with our London based Team.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and other documents.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and plan company events and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements
