We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work remotely with our London based Team.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and other documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate and plan company events and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
