This is a great opportunity to support two internal teams within Reevoo; the account management team and our shopping business unit. The primary purpose of this role is to nurture our existing SME customers ensuring the closure of renewals, and assist our Shopping Team in meeting their monthly sales commission targets, thus directly contributing to the long-term growth and stability of the Reevoo business in this sector.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture our existing SME customers ensuring the closure of renewals.
  • Assist the Shopping Team in meeting their monthly sales commission targets.
  • Retain existing revenue and ensure delivery on SLAs to SME customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Management Team, Solution Delivery teams, and Support to achieve company objectives and goals for each account.
  • Provide customers with a range of dynamic solutions delivering high-impact business value through an extraordinary customer experience.
  • Support the Shopping Team with publishing products to the Shopping Site and ensuring that our Google Shopping feeds run correctly.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Executive with a number of other shopping-related activities.
