Responsibilities
- Own the executive-level, strategic relationship for a designated Enterprise client, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
- Serve as the client’s primary advocate within ALTOUR—coordinating across operations, program optimization, sourcing, finance, technology, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan and strategic roadmap aligned to the client’s global business and travel program objectives.
- Identify and drive growth, optimization, and value opportunities within the client partnership in collaboration with sales and partner leadership.
- Collaborate with regional and in-country partner agencies to ensure seamless global delivery and a consistent traveler and stakeholder experience.
- Lead complex global program expansion initiatives for the client, including onboarding new regions and countries with strong adoption of global standards.
- Drive consistent global program design and execution across online and offline servicing models through close cross-functional partnership.
- Own alignment of global operational processes, ensuring regional delivery models integrate seamlessly into the client’s global framework.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to navigate regulatory, cultural, content, servicing, and supplier nuances while maintaining global consistency.
- Ensure global data integrity for the client by understanding how booking channels, traveler behavior, supplier content, and servicing workflows impact reporting and analytics.
- Anticipate and mitigate global content disruption impacting the client (e.g., NDC, GDS fragmentation, supplier-direct strategies).
- Act as a strategic advisor on market evolution, emerging technology, and innovation relevant to the client’s global travel program.
- Lead executive-level discussions on program performance, cost containment, sustainability, traveler experience, and innovation.
- Ensure client-specific contractual SLAs, KPIs, and commercial commitments are met and continuously improved.
- Manage executive reporting, QBRs/MBRs, forecasting, and performance insights for the client.
- Contribute to the evolution of ALTOUR’s Enterprise account management frameworks and serve as a mentor and thought partner.

- Deep knowledge of corporate travel operations, technology, sourcing, and global servicing models.
- Strong understanding of how global touchpoints—online tools, offline servicing, partner agencies, and suppliers—impact client-level data quality.
- Experience navigating global content disruption with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong commercial acumen across contract structures, profitability, and long-term value creation.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior client and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in a matrixed, partner-led, performance-driven environment.
