The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

We are looking for a Project Executive to join a leading full-service events agency based in either our Halifax or London office where you will support the team to manage & execute event delivery for our key clients.

The salary range on this job posting has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Manager and Account Manager on Full Event Delivery, including but not limited to the tasks below:
  • Venue Finding
  • Cost Sheet creation (signed off by Account Manager)
  • Website Development
  • Delegate Management – including but not limited to troubleshooting calls, email responses, customer service, production of delegate lists; rooming, dietary etc. with impeccable attention to detail
  • Live event inbox monitoring with guidance and equal support from Project Manager
  • Travel Bookings
  • Proposal support to Account Manager including image sourcing and destination text etc.
  • Full event delivery on Venue Find
  • Supplier Liaisons
  • Event Logistic Planning
  • Industry awareness; new trends, venues, destinations knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Problem solving/Crisis Management
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Ability to work across multiple clients and prioritize workload efficiently
  • Carrying out ad-hoc and administrative duties
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills, willing and able to represent the YES brand at industry socials and supplier hosted events
  • Excel Skills
  • Sales acumen – to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
