1. Warranty Administration & Parts
Manage end-to-end administrative processes related to product warranties, including warranty claim handling, documentation verification, etc.
2. Support Workshop Operations
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Providing comprehensive assistance to service engineers, such as preparing tools, materials and technical documentation, as well as supporting epair tasks.
– Managing container unloading activities, including organizing the unloading process inspecting goods for damage, and coordinating the storage of unloaded items in designated workshop areas.
- Basic level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experienced in warehouse operations (preferred).
- Possession of a forklift license is highly desirable.
- Mechanically inclined, with familiarity in operating AWP/EWP equipment considered an advantage.
