The Workshop Service Engineer will primarily work in our dedicated workshop environment, taking responsibility for the maintenance, repair, and testing of Aerial Work Platforms (AWPs) and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of aerial work platforms in a workshop setting.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Complete appropriate documentation for all service work performed, including warranty claims and repair documentation.
  • Provide support to field service engineers when required, sharing technical knowledge and insights.

Qualifications

  • Relevant technical qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Experience in a workshop or technical service environment, ideally with AWP/EWP equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
