Naked Wines in the UK is hiring Customer Happiness Advisors on a temporary contract to work with our Angels, delivering warm, empathetic support via phone and email.

You’ll help customers enjoy great wine and keep orders moving in a fast-paced, performance-driven team.

This role is hybrid (London or Norwich) or UK remote, 37.5 hours per week, starting soon and ending December 2026.
