Role Overview

The Spare Parts Support Lead is responsible for ensuring that all network and customer spare parts requirements are met on time and in full across the global INEOS network, through the operational and tactical management of all aspects of the supply chain. This includes supplying comprehensive support for all regional teams, ensuring operational efficiency on brand customer experience in line with KPIs and network SLAs.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  1. Ensure global spare parts availability and delivery on time to all network partners.
  2. Provide comprehensive support for regional teams with network and customer inquiries.
  3. Ensure the safety of all INEOS employees, staff, contractors, suppliers, and Service Providers engaged within the supply chain function.
  4. Support Spare Parts Operations to meet all set targets for Cost, Quality, Safety, Environment, and Delivery as defined by the business in each financial year.
  5. Orchestrate and execute the agreed strategy in line with the agreed budgets, KPIs, and core SLAs.
  6. Challenge traditional automotive supply chain thinking and seek to emulate best practices from high tech and retail industries by adopting digital and e-commerce solutions where commercially viable.
  7. Create and implement best practice principles, policies, and processes across the organisation to improve operational performance.
  8. Support regional teams and other functions within the spare parts and accessories department as required, and support new business initiatives and projects.

What we are looking for:

  1. At least 5+ years of spare parts management experience, preferably with a technical or network background.
  2. Previous experience in a strategic, planning, or programme management role preferred.
  3. Strong leadership experience in a pressurised environment.
  4. Experience in a spare parts leadership role or dealership parts management role is advantageous.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
  6. Able to manage stakeholder expectations and possesses strong influencing skills.
  7. Create strong cross-functional working relationships that add value through identifying and implementing change.
  8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey new and challenging ideas concisely and precisely to all levels of the business.
  9. Results-oriented, proactive, able to simplify complex issues, and willing to support network issues hands-on.
  10. Fluent English speaker.
  11. Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
