In a nutshell, we’re all about making the world of wine a better place. We fund and source directly from independent winemakers to bring customers better quality wine for a better price. No thirsty middlemen as far as the eye can see. It’s a different way of doing things, sure. But it works. We’re one of the UK’s favourite wine clubs, shipping over 1 million cases a year to curious wine lovers. And with an ambitious road ahead, we’ve got no plans on plugging the cork on growth. Our global team is entrepreneurial by nature, obsessive about customer experience and driven by performance. All things that make Naked a great place to grow both personally and professionally. And yes, we like wine. A lot.

This role is all about helping more people discover Naked — and making it brilliantly easy for them to become customers. You’ll own and optimise our acquisition and new customer conversion funnel, leading growth-focused product initiatives that deliver measurable, sustainable commercial impact. Working closely with Acquisition, Analytics, Design and Engineering, you’ll combine strong product leadership with experimentation, CRO and data-led decision making to scale customer growth — without ever losing sight of the customer experience.

Location & Flexible Working: London Hybrid (1-2 days/week in our London Office)

What you’ll do

  • Own and shape the growth and acquisition product roadmap, with a clear focus on optimising the end-to-end acquisition funnel and new customer conversion.
  • Lead a cross-functional growth squad, aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics and Acquisition around a clear mission and measurable growth outcomes.
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria based on customer impact and commercial value.
  • Apply CRO and experimentation best practices, developing hypotheses, running A/B tests and iterating based on results.
  • Partner closely with Analytics to assess funnel performance, experiment outcomes and feature impact, turning data into actionable insight.
  • Build a deep understanding of prospective customer segments, motivations and barriers by working with User Research, Design and Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the Acquisition team to align traffic, messaging and onsite experience so product and marketing reinforce each other.
  • Define, track and report on acquisition and conversion KPIs, clearly demonstrating the incremental value delivered by the team.
  • Communicate progress, learnings and opportunities clearly to stakeholders, managing expectations and surfacing new growth ideas.
  • Stay up to date with growth product trends, CRO techniques and experimentation tools, bringing fresh thinking into the roadmap.
  • Support the Head of Product in shaping the wider product vision and strategy, particularly where growth intersects with the core customer experience.
  • Proactively improve ways of working across Product, Growth and Acquisition, raising the bar for experimentation quality and impact.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant experience as a Product Manager (or similar), with clear ownership of growth, acquisition or conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRO, experimentation frameworks and A/B testing, delivering measurable conversion improvements.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong storytelling ability — you can clearly explain insights, trade-offs and decisions using data.
  • Excellent analytical skills across quantitative and qualitative data, with a solid understanding of experimentation and performance measurement.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with a passion for simplifying complex growth and product challenges.
  • Deep customer focus, using research and insight to understand needs, motivations and barriers to conversion.
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments.
  • Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and priorities while staying focused on outcomes.
  • Confidence using common productivity tools (Google Workspace / MS Office).
  • Comfortable working autonomously, organising work effectively and delivering to deadlines.
