Your role

The Sales Planning Analyst supports all aspects of Global Sales Planning Cycle and supports Sales Operations team with any operational topics. Tasks will vary from reporting on stock and future pipeline to supporting with the management of the order bank. The Sales Planning Analyst will also be producing analysis on inventory levels and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining all master data for the Sales & Operations Planning tool
  • Ensures Sales & Operations Planning files are maintained and updated with actuals at the start of each monthly cycle
  • Responsible for ensuring the monthly approved sales plans on the shared drive are up-to-date and previous versions archived correctly
  • Responsible for maintaining the Order Management files
  • Responsible for maintaining the Retailer Targets files
  • Responsible for analysis of various assigned projects

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ experience working within the automotive industry desired
  • Previous experience working within a sales or planning environment desired
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience with SAP and Excel desired
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and good communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a process driven approach
  • A “can do“ and self-starter attitude
  • Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
