Purpose:
The Retail Marketing & Operations Manager will oversee the seamless integration of marketing initiatives with operational excellence to drive customer engagement, sales growth, and brand presence across retail stores.
Hybrid – 3 days from central London office and 2 days from home.
Salary: Β£46k
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase foot traffic, sales, and customer engagement across retail locations.
- Oversee all day-to-day retail operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Track and report on sales, customer sentiment, and marketing effectiveness to grow the active customer base and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and support retail teams, acting as the point of liaison between global retail teams and head office, streamlining communications.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail marketing, operations, or a similar role, with a track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with proficiency in retail and marketing systems.
- Process-oriented with a drive for paramount efficiency.
- Highly numerate with strong Excel competencies.
- Results-driven, highly organized, and adaptable, with a passion for enhancing customer experiences and achieving business growth.
