Responsibilities
- Perform on-site maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of AWP/EWP equipment across the South of England region.
- Ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards, maintaining safety protocols at all times.
- Manage customer communications effectively, providing clear updates on service progress and timelines.
- Conduct equipment inspections and provide detailed reports on service performed and future maintenance recommendations.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on equipment performance for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mobile Service Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills relevant to AWP/EWP systems.
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout the South of England.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
