We have an exciting opportunity for a Market Access Lead to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to the Head of Market Access and be a member of the Market Access team. The core responsibility of the Market Access Lead is to lead HTA submissions and develop market access strategies to launch and commercialise rare disease products, as well as to ensure that our innovative therapies reach patients who need them most. This will be a permanent role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • HTA Submissions: Lead the preparation and submission of dossiers to HTA bodies, ensuring compliance with local and international guidelines.
  • Market Access Strategy: Develop and implement market access strategies to support the launch and commercialization of new products in the rare disease space.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze clinical and economic data to support market access activities and demonstrate the value of our products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Policy Monitoring: Stay updated on relevant healthcare policies, reimbursement landscapes, and HTA processes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on market access and HTA processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Advanced degree in life sciences or health economics.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, with a focus on rare diseases/paediatric oncology and HTA submissions.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. In-depth knowledge of HTA processes (NICE, SMC, NCPE etc) and reimbursement landscapes. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with UK & I HTA submissions.
  • Knowledge of rare disease/paediatric oncology therapeutic areas.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and healthcare policies.
