Role Summary

The Valet Attendant is responsible for delivering a safe, efficient, and professional valet experience for hotel guests.

This guest-facing role requires strong customer service skills, safe driving practices, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Valet Attendants report directly to the Ramp Captain, the on-site shift supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • Confirm vehicle details and valet needs clearly and calmly
  • Perform pre-acceptance vehicle inspections and report any visible damage
  • Safely park, retrieve, and return vehicles in accordance with procedures
  • Maintain secure key control and follow all ticketing protocols
  • Follow Ramp Captain direction regarding ramp flow, vehicle priority, and coverage
  • Report incidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately
  • Support smooth ramp operations during peak periods and events
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and service-focused attitude at all times
  • Skilled in both automatic and manual transmission
  • Strong customer service and communication skills in a luxury or high-volume environment
  • Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
  • Attention to detail, safety awareness, and accountability
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while respecting role boundaries
  • Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
  • The candidate must currently reside in Canada.
  • the candidate must be 22 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods.

On-call Position with the following availability : Thursday to Sunday, Morning Shift (7am to 3pm) or evening Shift (7pm to 11pm)
