Digital team looking for an Ecommerce Project Manager to join on a fixed day rate contract. You’ll act as a hands-on delivery leader, managing projects that improve our ecommerce experience, optimise conversion, and support international growth.

Role Type: Fixed-Term Contractor (Day Rate)

IR35 Status: Outside (Subject to status determination)

Location: London / Norwich / Hybrid

Competitive Rate: A fixed day rate of £600 per day (Outside IR35)

Project Length: 9-12 months

What you'll do

  • Project Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact ecommerce projects, including website enhancements, checkout optimisation, personalisation, and platform integrations.
  • Agile Delivery: Lead the build phase by managing sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective backlog prioritisation and team velocity.
  • Growth & Optimisation: Support initiatives to improve conversion rate, customer retention, and lifetime value in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
  • Scope & Planning: Define project scope, timelines, and dependencies. Build detailed project plans that balance delivery speed with high-quality outcomes.
  • Technical Coordination: Manage integrations with third-party tools.
