We are seeking a Junior CGI Artist to join our in-house creative team, based at Leader Online.

The successful candidate will play a key part in producing high-quality CGI visuals (both static and animated) to support our digital campaigns, product imagery, and marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, models and scenes, maintaining schedules and task tracking, organising feedback, and performing first-line quality control. The role ensures the pipeline runs smoothly and that all projects remain accurate, organised, and fully aligned with studio standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create CGI renders, animations, and visualisations for a range of digital platforms.
  • Use 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering tools to produce engaging creative outputs.
  • Work with internal teams to adapt and refine assets to meet creative and commercial goals.
  • Support post-production processes including image editing, compositing, and touch-ups.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, software, and design trends within CGI and 3D.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema4D).
  • Familiarity with rendering engines and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Proficiency in lighting, materials, and photorealistic rendering techniques.
  • Ability to create high-quality, press-ready imagery.
  • Strong sense of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience managing projects, presenting concepts, and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of brand consistency in visual outputs
  • Portfolio demonstrating CGI or 3D design projects.
  • Guide, advise, and mentor less experienced members of the team, promoting best practices.
