Marketing Assistant to join our growing team at Pineapple.

What We’re Looking for
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and enjoys working as part of a team.
You'll support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across our Rest of World (ROW) regions including Spain, Italy, Poland and then Netherlands as well as other locations across the world.
You will coordinate campaigns, product launches, events, and sales support while ensuring brand consistency.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Adapt and execute marketing campaigns including email and social media to meet local needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Coordinate product launches, including general admin and sales presentation support.
- Provide event support for ROW regions, including booth design input and administrative coordination.
- Support the sales teams by creating personalized presentations for sales meetings and tender opportunities.
- Manage the stock of marketing materials (printed literature, branded promotional items) for the regions.
- Maintain regular communication with distributors to keep them informed of product updates and brand news.
- Collaborate with international and local teams to ensure alignment with global brand strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in graphic design or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - especially In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Word Press, but it is not essential as there is training.
- Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from management, team members, and customers.
- Excellent organisational and task management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at a time.
- Ability to manage and effectively communicate with partner agencies and suppliers.
- Excellent Administrative skills with competent use of Microsoft Office (mainly Outlook and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional languages (Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish) would be a plus, but not essential.
- Some travel to events abroad maybe required.
