We are looking for a dependable and resourceful Field Operations Service Supervisor to act as our eyes on the ground in North, South, East, West, and Middle Belt, for Hub Site Clearing Project. The ideal candidate must be an indigene or well-established resident of the region, familiar with the terrain and capable of ensuring proper site-level execution and reporting.

Job/Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all site clearing activities in the assigned state, ensuring that project specifications are followed.
  • Provide daily updates (status, challenges, photos) to the Project Manager / NOC Coordinator.
  • Conduct pre-clearance assessments and post-clearance verifications for all sites.
  • Ensure timely mobilization of local resources and resolve minor operational issues promptly.
  • Maintain safety and compliance standards on-site during all operations.
  • Escalate issues requiring intervention from the central team.
  • Liaise with community stakeholders where necessary to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in any field (Technical background is an advantage).
  • Must be a confirmed indigene or long-term resident of the state.
  • 2–3 years of field operations experience, preferably in telecom or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Access to a smartphone and ability to capture site photos and documentation digitally.
