About the role
The IYF Learning Commission (IYFLC) is responsible for designing strategies, solutions, tools, and services that enable and facilitate more effective and impactful staff learning programs, projects, and activities.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in creating screen‑recorded tutorials or training videos.
- Experience in Human Resources, Governance, Security, or Diplomacy‑related subjects.
- Strong presentation design and video editing abilities using tools such as PowerPoint, Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Excellent verbal communication and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
What you will be doing:
The IYF Learning Commission designs strategies, solutions, tools, and services to enable effective staff learning programs. You will design, script, and record screen‑based training sessions covering HR, Security, Governance, and Diplomacy topics, create appealing presentation slides, narrate them, edit recordings, collaborate with internal experts to validate content, and update materials as policies change.
