Role Description

The Community Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Stratford-upon-Avon, responsible for delivering an excellent experience to customers and visitors across IWG’s workspace locations.

In this role, the Community Associate welcomes clients, manages reception duties, and ensures that offices, meeting rooms, and common areas are professional, well-presented, and ready for use.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing support with bookings and services, coordinating workspace setup, and assisting with basic administrative tasks.

The Community Associate also helps build a positive community atmosphere by facilitating introductions between members, sharing information about services and events, and responding promptly to feedback or issues.

Collaboration with local and regional teams is key to maintaining consistent service standards and supporting the overall performance of the center.
