We are looking for someone who can review and test our sales processes, collateral triggers and sales tools across multiple departments. The role will be focused on a narrow section of the process, so every stone can be turned over. This is an opportunity to learn the inner workings of a business through discovery, testing and documenting every step.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse and review the upper funnel journey’s data across all sites
  • Support sales enablement directors in building and refining sales processes documentation.
  • Lower funnel analysis; nurture journey’s, upselling and cross‑selling
  • Build upon the creating of processes and documenting sales tools
  • Identify the triggers; collateral, emails, and omni‑channel communications
  • Contribute to projects that improve conversion rates and customer experience
