This role focuses on increasing occupancy, improving demand, and expanding sales channels to maximize meeting room and day offices revenue and operational efficiency across the 4,000+ global centres. Leveraging existing experience in Meeting Rooms and/or Day Offices, this leader will set and execute strategy, with accountability for operational and commercial performance. With existing revenues of ~$150m, a relatively low current occupancy rate, and an expanding network of centres, IWG believes the Meeting Room and Day Office Business should double in size by 2028. The role will drive both global and local initiatives through close collaboration with local managers, landlords and third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute Meeting Room and Day Office strategy across growing IWG network.
  • Drive meeting room revenue (+$150m), optimise inventory, and manage costs.
  • Identify and establish new sales channels to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition/demand.
  • Analyse centre-level occupancy and revenue performance to identify revenue leakage and drive compliance.
  • Develop pricing strategies using market benchmarking and ensure transparency in margins.
  • Lead or support the implementation of global initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date meeting room and day office inventory data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on Meeting Room and Day Office performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in revenue management, operations, or inventory optimization for Meeting Rooms and/or Day Offices.
  • Experience with implementing and managing large projects.
  • Familiarity with market benchmarking and pricing strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in using financial and data analysis tools.
  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
