Support delivery of new Sales App working with an external agency.
Primary working relationship will be with EVP Digital Sales, with some cross‑functional working with Digital Product teams.
Focused on "80:20" and using insights to design tests quickly and understand performance.
Ambition to do "more than just insights", with opportunity to expand role across the commercial team into research, execution, etc.
Experience- Comfortable working across different platforms and combining data sets to generate insights (data estate in midst of migration).
- Experience in testing/experimentation/measurement.
- Proficient in SQL for use in Databricks.
- Proficient in Google Analytics.
- Bonus platform experience – Amplitude, Eloqua, Genesys, Qlikview.
- Create ecommerce sales baseline and weekly reporting approach.
- Identify priority landing page issues from organic and paid search links.
- Identify key drop off points in ecommerce flows.
- Identify key insights for building onboarding, abandon and upsell journey flows.
- Create test plan for new automated journeys.
- Prioritise feature build for Sales App.
