This programme focuses on over 40,000 operator centres worldwide, with 1,000+ sites expected to partner with us this year. This role will play a critical part in shaping the strategy, sharpening the focus, and driving scale.
The Programme Manager will own the strategic plan—defining how we identify, approach, and convert competitors across multiple segments. Execution will be carried out by the Partnership Sales Managers team, but this role is responsible for designing the roadmap, leading the thinking on commercial strategy and improving the operating model.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the operator-partnership programme, ensuring clear focus, structure, and measurable progress.
- Develop and articulate the strategic plan to grow programme penetration and create commercial structures to maximise the growth opportunity.
- Identify and prioritise growth levers, such as affiliate partnerships, roll-ins, and expansion into mid‐sized and larger competitor groups.
- Analyse performance, market data, and competitor trends to refine targeting and improve conversion.
- Partner closely with the Partnership Sales Managers who execute deals, ensuring alignment, clarity of objectives, and scalable processes.
- Build the framework for targeting companies typically operating up to 5 centres, while designing pathways to engage larger, more complex competitors.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on programme acceleration and market opportunity.
- Act as a key influencer across a matrix organisation, bringing structure, clarity, and analytical rigour to the programme.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and experience operating in fast‐paced, complex environments. They combine structured problem‐solving with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications- Graduate with a degree from a top tier institution.
- Ideally trained in a consultancy or post‐graduate corporate programme with a fast‐paced organisation.
- Experience in a highly commercial role, working in a complex, multi‐channel and international environment.
- Outstanding track record of success; outperformed peer group in academia and extracurricular activities (entrepreneurship, sports, music, etc.).
- Ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- A strong, confident decision maker with a proactive approach.
- Prioritises well and can manage in a high‐pressure environment whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Experience of working within a commercial environment at Management level.
- Excellent analytical skills with a passionate attitude.
- A strong desire to succeed.
- An innovative thinker with a proven ability to problem‐solve.
- A desire and passion to beat the competition.
- Ability to be hands‐on as well as strategic, and be a trouble‐shooter when the business needs it.
