Important Note: This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Job Purpose: The Group Recruitment team is responsible for supporting the hiring of all senior roles across our 106 countries. Over the last 2 years we have moved to a direct recruitment model taking ownership for the full recruitment lifecycle. We are a highly customer and candidate focused team who take pride in delivering great results. We want to hire a bright and ambitious recruitment intern who is eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for writing job adverts and posting adverts to job boards.
- Supporting the recruitment process through arranging interviews, screening candidate CVs and producing contracts of employment.
- Using social media to attract passive candidates.
- Managing some vacancies across the full recruitment lifecycle (support will be given!).
- Input new employee details on HR system (PeopleSoft) ensuring all data is accurate.
- Coordinate induction programmes for new hires to ensure they are welcomed in the right way, learn about the job and the company and meet the right colleagues.
- Manage relationships with hiring manager to keep them updated on recruitment progress.
- Support and own projects to improve our recruitment capability e.g. interview toolkits, job adverts and descriptions.
- Support general HR.
Depending on your home location, there may be an option for Hybrid work.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience of Recruitment and/or HR would be an advantage but not essential.
- Fluent German language skills is essential.
- Most important is that you are enthusiastic to learn, pick up new things quickly and have strong drive.
- Bright, well organised, good at prioritising and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Confident and good communication skills.
- Highly conscientious and detail focused.
