Job Purpose

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Enterprise Campaign Manager to own and execute integrated campaigns targeting our enterprise customer segments. This role is responsible for end-to-end creative and content delivery that drives consideration, lead generation, and conversion through insight-led, high-impact activity and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end campaign assets targeting enterprise decision-makers across industries.
  • Own creative and content development, from initial brief through production and deployment—ensuring assets reflect the needs and challenges of a senior B2B audience.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Product teams to ensure campaigns align to business goals and account strategies.
  • Create campaign content including thought leadership, case studies, product storytelling, sales collateral and hero creative for varied channel use.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and agency relationships.
  • Analyse and optimise campaign performance using clear KPIs such as engagement, MQLs, and influenced revenue.
  • Champion consistency of messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
