- Identify and prioritise growth levers, such as affiliate partnerships, roll-ins, and expansion into mid-sized and larger competitor groups.
- Analyse performance, market data, and competitor trends to refine targeting and improve conversion.
- Partner closely with the Partnership Sales Managers who execute deals, ensuring alignment, clarity of objectives, and scalable processes.
- Build the framework for targeting companies typically operating up to 5 centres, while designing pathways to engage larger, more complex competitors.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on programme acceleration and market opportunity.
- Act as a key influencer across a matrix organisation, bringing structure, clarity, and analytical rigour to the programme.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and experience operating in fast-paced, complex environments. They combine structured problem-solving with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Graduate with a degree from a top tier institution.
- Ideally trained in a consultancy or post-graduate corporate programme with a fast-paced organisation.
- Experience in a highly commercial role, working in a complex, multi-channel and international environment.
- Outstanding track record of success, you will have outperformed your peer group in not just academia but in extracurricular activities as well e.g. entrepreneurship, sports, music etc.
- Ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
