We are looking for Collections Specialists who really enjoy engaging with customers. As a Collections Specialist you will play a key role in helping customers answer account queries, and where the customer is in an overdue situation, you will help the customer make a payment so they can continue their service. The Collections Specialist will strive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and ensure all customers in an overdue situation are offered a viable business solution that works to make payment. Ultimately, the actions and service provided by the Collections Specialist are the catalyst for providing customers with the reasons to stay with Regus.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the ongoing collections for named corporate customers, ensuring invoices are paid according to payment terms.
  • Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that concerns are actioned correctly.
  • Ensure payments are allocated in a timely fashion.
  • Complete any administrative tasks as required for the efficient running of the team’s activities.
  • Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong persuasion and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication, fast responses, and quick thinking.
  • Collections experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self‑starter who can work with direction but little supervision.
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask in a demanding environment.
  • Team player.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
