Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead sales development across London and the South-East of England. This is a key role within the sales organisation, responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the Away-From-Home sector. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of existing customers while actively expanding ITC’s market presence by securing new distribution partners and end-user accounts. The role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the territory and nationally, expanding ITC’s customer base.
    • Develop and execute a structured national and regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
    • Prospect and convert new accounts within key market sectors including distribution, hospitality, facilities management, healthcare, and commercial environments.
  • Account Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
    • Act as a trusted partner to clients by understanding their operational needs and providing appropriate product solutions.
    • Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive engagement and commercial development.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer requirements within the market.
    • Provide market insights and feedback to support product development and commercial strategy.
    • Analyse sales performance and market data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Commercial Performance
    • Achieve and exceed agreed regional sales targets and KPIs.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
    • Ensure effective territory management and strategic planning.
  • Brand Representation
    • Represent ITC at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
    • Promote ITC’s brand values of quality, sustainability, and innovation within the market.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure excellent customer delivery.
    • Provide regular reporting and updates to the Sales Director.
