IKEA Doncaster Distribution Centre are looking to welcome a Warehouse Assistant to join our hard-working fulfilment team.

What We Offer

Start Date of employment will be: 7th July 2025

Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour (£24,570/£22,276.80 per annum) and MHE allowance £1.50.

37.5/34 Hours, working 5/4 day week and includes 3 out 4 weekends.

What You\’ll Need To Have

Warehouse experience is not essential as full training will be provided, all you need is the motivation to make things happen in a challenging environment.

Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail ensuring the customer is at the heart of all we do.

Motivation to utilise technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Ensure you are prepared to use your own initiative and participate in group efforts.

Health and safety regulations require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.

What You\’ll Be Doing Day To Day

Receiving goods with accuracy, picking and packing orders and keeping accurate records of stock levels.

Manual Handling of heavy stock.

Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks and LLOP trucks to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.

Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for our co-workers.
