IKEA Nottingham are looking to welcome a sales & sustainability assistant to join our product quality & recovery team. Due to health & safety for these positions, you must be 18 or older to apply.
What We Offer
- The Start Date of employment: 6th July
- Hourly rate of £12.60 per hour
- 8 hours weekend only, working between 7am to 9:30pm
- 20 hours weekly, working up to 4 days over 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
- Working hours are between 7am to 9:30pm. Shifts for this contract will be between 4 & 6 hours daily
- We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview
- Please be aware that the IKEA Store is located outside of the city and links by public transport may be infrequent

- You enjoy working in a physical role, this role is hands on and involves manual handling
What You’ll Be Doing Day To Day
- Re-purpose, present and sell IKEA products with pride, and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the business
- Work closely with the different functions in the unit to ensure that common working routines and processes are followed related to product quality, safety and recovery
- Support, execute and follow the product quality guidelines for recalled, returned and ex-display stock, to constantly improve customers perception of our IKEA products
- Assembling IKEA products behind the scenes for display in our Showroom and Market Hall; great if you enjoy building our products!
