International Students House (ISH) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our Facilities team based at Great Portland Street.
You will maintain mechanical plant, plumbing and building services across ISH’s London properties, covering PPM, reactive repairs, fault finding and refurbishment projects.
You will liaise with contractors, support colleagues, and deputise for the Facilities Manager when required, including participation in the 1-in-3 out-of-hours on-call rota.
