An exciting opportunity has come up for a QC manager to join a leading European manufacturer based in Chittagong.
This is an integral role to ensure high product integrity is maintained to a high standard; reporting to the senior technical manager, you will be responsible for managing a high performing quality control team.
The role:
• Responsible for managing the quality control centre, overseeing a team of experienced QAs and QCs
• Ensure company standards are maintained to a high standard, including implementing new best practices
• Train, develop and coach QCs & QAs and implement new systems
• Work cross-functionally within the supply chain to build relationships to communicate effectively
The candidate:
• Previous experience with a European retailer as a QC Manager
• Experience managing a QC team working from bulk to final send
• Strong record in team development and coaching
• Up to date with relevant regulations
