We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor to join our People Services team in Chiswick, West London. You will lead payroll operations and support the Human Resources team by managing the full spectrum of payroll activities across UK Site and Northern Europe. This position encompasses all aspects of payroll administration, statutory reporting, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with UK legislation and relevant tax regulations, and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee full payroll cycle for UK and Northern Europe, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage pension administration, including UK Auto-Enrolment.
  • Ensure accurate statutory reporting (P11D, P60) and compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams on reconciliations and audits.
  • Drive process improvements and risk management within payroll operations.
  • Supervise payroll activities and manage relationships with external vendors.

About you:

  • Minimum 8 years of payroll experience, including UK payroll processing.
  • Experience managing multi-country payroll, ideally Northern Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and tax compliance.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Sage, Moorepay).
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • CIPP qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
